To platinum Waifu Space Conquest, you just have to complete the game's first 22 levels. No trophies are missable---all will come naturally as you complete those levels.

To beat a level, you must carve out about 70% to 75% of the background picture, while avoiding the spaceships that fly around. To complete each level quickly, carve out half of the picture at a time as demonstrated in the linked YouTube video.
