Current To-Do List

This post contains a list of features that I am planning on implementing in the near future. This list only includes new features that will be "publicly-visible". It does not include things like bug fixes or back-end improvements.
  • Improved search filters. Search by developer, toggle DLC/demos on or off (so you can search just for demos, for example). Search all regions at once. Less confusing search filter interface.
  • Game download size on game pages, as well as voice and subtitle languages.
  • Ability to convert other-region prices into local currency. Probably site-wide as an account setting.
  • Games are already grouped into series (e.g., the Assassin's Creed games link to each other). Dedicated game series pages will be coming soon.
  • A "Browse" dropdown menu in the top bar will be coming soon, with links to things like games currently on sale, games that are cheaper than they ever have been before, games available for pre-order, easy platinums, and so on.
  • Currently, game pages only show up to 24 DLC items for that game. This will be changed so that there are pagination and sort options for DLC, and all DLC will be displayed (or paginated, as appropriate).
  • Better forum features, including the ability to quote posts and the ability to "Like" posts.
  • Better pagination buttons. The page numbers are hard to click on mobile, and they move around too much between pages.
  • Ability to change e-mail address.
  • Sub-options for games in wishlist and games in library: ability to set a dollar amount on each game where you want to be notified of a price drop, and ability to group items in your library by whether you own them physically, digitally, on PS now, or on PS+.
  • Ability to view search results and things like your wishlist in a table, instead of as a list of cards. Conversely, ability to view news tables as a list of game cards.
Lower-priority, but would be nice to have:
  • PS3 and Vita games on the site

Comments

  • Hey Nathan, any chance to add PS Vita games in the future?
  • I'll add that to the to-do list, but it's pretty low-priority right now. I still have a lot of things that I want to fix up/improve regarding PS4 and PS5 games, and adding PS3/Vita games would actually be a big task (currently the site uses the new PSN web store to scrape game/price information, and that information isn't provided for PS3/Vita games, so I would have to scrape via the old web store that might disappear at any moment).
  • Thanks for an answer, best of luck with future updates
  • Besides price charts I'm really looking forward to PS3 games being added. I definitely understand it being low priority, like do they even do deals for PS3 games anymore? Because they haven't done it for any games/DLCs I've been searching for. Once the price charts get added this will be my primary (and likely sole) PSN third party site for viewing deals and whatnot. This website truly has been fantastic and it's miles better than the competition in my opinion, it's way better for Sony's actual site, that's for sure. I only wish I had disposable income to donate to this site.
    Once again, thanks!
  • Thanks for the kind words! I don't think they do deals for PS3 games anymore, since they removed them from the web store (same with Vita games that aren't cross-buy).
