Items dont get the sale until opened

As the title says. Anyone felt the same? I opened Amnesia Rebirth which was not on sale in Platprices but it is on sale in PS Store, then opened the link on PS Store. Refreshed the platprices and then it got on sale.

    Same here. I have to click refresh on the game page and then the sale price gets updated and I get my email notification.
