To earn the platinum trophy in Bucket Knight, you need to complete the game (which takes about 30 minutes or so if you rush through) and also buy all 3 weapons (which costs 5000, 10000, and 15000 coins) and each a piece of cheese (which damages your character, so should be avoided after earning the associated trophy).

You probably won't have enough money to buy all 3 weapons after a normal playthrough, so to save yourself some time you can save up 15000 coins, then buy the most expensive weapon for 15000 coins, then immediately quit the game (do not complete the level!). This lets you reload so that you will still have the 15000 coins needed to buy the other two weapons.

Description

Bucket Knight is a classic run-and-gun platformer game.

Even knights still have to pay taxes, loans and alimony. Help unnamed but brave knight in his sacred mission to find the Holy Grail (and make some money). Explore dungeons, slay enemies, avoid traps, stay alive and get rich!
