LocoRoco Remastered is a unique puzzle platformer in which the player must tilt the environment in order to maneuver their character (the "LocoRoco"), which is a multi-colored jelly-like blob, through each level. Along the way, the LocoRoco can grow in size by eating special berries, and then can be split and rejoined to pass the LocoRoco through narrow spaces. The game features bright and colorful visuals, lots of collectibles to find, and a time attack mode that requires the player to speed run all of the game's levels. It features a total of 5 worlds, each of which contains 8 levels that typically are 5 to 10 minutes long. None of its trophies are missable, though it does have some collectibles that are best found by following a guide.

内容の説明
L1ボタンとR1ボタンで、大地を傾け、弾いて”ロコロコ”をゴールにつれていこう！

■性格も言葉もそれぞれ違うロコロコたちが全部で6種類！ほっておくと仲間どうしで歌ったり、遊んだり。ながめているだけでも、とっても楽しい仲間たち！
■ロコロコは、赤い実を食べると1匹分増えて、どんどん大きくなるよ。たくさん集めてゴールまでつれていこう！
■のどかな森や、段差のある山、大木の中、雪山、星…全5ワールド、40ステージ以上のステージをロコロコといっしょに冒険しよう！
■ステージで手に入れる”パーツ”を組み合わせて、ロコロコたちの住む”ロコハウス”を作ろう！ほかにも楽しいミニゲームが入ってるよ！
